amazing pool clean pool excellent food receptionist redirection inconvenient time rude waiter

the pool was amazing. it overlooked the beach and was very clean. the staff was fantastic (.). the food was excellent, especially at sunset. bungalows were nice and neat with everything i needed.

the service could use some improvement. i requested cutlery to eat fruit in my room, but the receptionist redirected me to the restaurant. the waiter scolded me and only allowed it "this once".

the staff was attentive and efficient. the room was clean. breakfast included fruit, bread, and pho. dinner meals were reasonably priced and well done. free bikes are available, great for easy access to other nearby restaurants.

The hotel is somewhat isolated. The nearest main road is a bit far. this requires taxi or motorbike transport.

The private beach access was a plus. I found it clean and well-kept.

The bed was surprisingly hard. It affected my sleep quality each night. i hoped for better comfort, especially after long days, but the mattress was just too firm. it made relaxing difficult

I enjoyed the superb sunset views every evening from the swimming pool and beach. The hotel made available many activities. I particularly appreciated the free kayaks and billiard access. My bungalow was cleaned daily. This. Breakfast was varied and good.

The restaurant portions were smaller than I expected.

I appreciated the location of my beachfront cabin. The sunsets provided an lovely daily treat. The vegetation around the accommodation created a paradise feel. Deck chairs, poufs, and hammocks were available on the beach.

The service needs improvement. I requested cutlery to eat fruit in my room, and the receptionist was curt. She redirected me to the restaurant. The waiter then scolded me and only allowed it 'this once', which I found unnecessarily rude.
